Shipping Policy

Available destinations, shipping services, prices, and delivery estimates are displayed during checkout. Orders can be shipped only to an address accepted by the checkout system and carrier.

Processing

In-stock orders are normally prepared within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. High order volume, verification, inventory issues, or severe weather may cause delays.

Delivery estimates

Carrier delivery windows are estimates and are not guarantees. Tracking is provided when available. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

Loss, damage, and address problems

Use the contact form promptly if tracking shows a delivery problem or a parcel arrives damaged. We will work with the carrier, but may require supporting information. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address or refused delivery may be deducted from a refund where permitted.

International orders

If international shipping is offered at checkout, the recipient is responsible for import eligibility, duties, taxes, and customs charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
