Refund and Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Because supplements are consumable goods, returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Start a return

Use the contact form with your order number and reason before sending anything. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product was damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us within 7 days after delivery and retain the product and packaging. We may request photographs or other reasonable information to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, incorrect, or law requires otherwise. Bank processing times vary.

Exceptions

Opened consumable products, gift cards, final-sale items clearly identified before purchase, and products damaged after delivery are generally not returnable, except where mandatory law provides a remedy.
